New England Weather...

Why is it that February's weather was warmer that April's? It makes no sense to me. You'd think after 21 years of living in New England I'd be used to its crazy weather, but no. I still can't stand the freezing cold winters, and crazy high humidity in the summers. I swear there is no pleasing me! Give me a place where its the prefect 70s day and I'm a happy camper! :)

New York in April!

So I just got back from New York tonight. I had a photo of mine up in a gallery this past weekend at the Brooklyn Art Library. The photo I had up was one that I took my first year at NESoP! It was a self portrait I took at a friends barn in New Hampshire. It was cool to go and see my work up, and get to see a lot of other peoples work too. While I was there I got to stay with a friend I went to school with who I haven't seen in a long time, and I got to see some friends living in the city, along with meeting some new people! It was so much fun, I had a blast! I can't wait to go back!

Ok, finally! Here are the photos from the New York trip!!!
More to come when I get the film back!!

Central Park is my happy place! :)

So naturally, I was out shooting again today. Saturday, I shot film all day which was amazing! Sunday, I shot both film and digital!! And today, I just got digital ( I used up all my film :( ) But that's ok because that just means that I can share them much sooner!

So here is what I shot today! I hope you like them!

Feels like Spring! part 1

Second day in a row that it's been beautiful out so of course I took advantage! I had to finish a roll of film from yesterday so I decided to bring the point and shoot along for a ride.

I live on a dead end and at the top of my street is a golf course, the Oakley Country Club. Growing up I used to walk around there, play with the other kids on the street, ride my bike, roller blade, watch Boston's fire works on the fourth of July (which I still do!), you know kids stuff.

I haven't been up there for quite some time so I decided to walk over there yesterday. It was great, nothing has changed except for some taller trees and new trees. Let me know what you think!
